Educator Keynotes That Rebuild Connection With Today’s Students
A practical, high-engagement keynote from a youth coach who works with students, parents, and schools every day, not just from the stage.
This Partnership Is a Fit If Your School Wants:
This keynote video isn’t filmed for educators – it’s filmed for the students educators are trying to reach.
Jesse LeBeau doesn’t just talk about teens. He works with them every day through a national coaching program, school partnerships, and family initiatives.
What you’re seeing is proof of connection – real engagement, real trust, and real impact with today’s youth.
During educator keynotes, Jesse breaks down how and why this connection works, and equips teachers with practical tools they can immediately use in classrooms, hallways, and conversations.

I’m Jesse and I know what it’s like to work with students who’ve learned to tune adults out.
Educators are carrying a lot right now: motivation, behavior, phones, anxiety, and disengagement. My role isn’t to replace teachers or introduce another initiative.
It’s to support your staff by delivering a message students actually receive and giving educators shared language they can reinforce long after the event ends.
This experience strengthens buy-in, reduces power struggles, and helps students understand their role in the culture of the campus without lowering expectations.
Why School Districts Choose Jesse LeBeau
He doesn’t just speak about teens, he actively coaches them, builds systems for them, and partners with the adults around them. That experience changes the quality of the keynote. Educators don’t just hear stories, they learn why students respond, what language works, and how to reinforce it long after the event ends.

This isn’t short-term motivation.
Schools bring Jesse in when they want consistency, fewer power struggles, clearer expectations, and students who understand their role in the culture of the campus.
Educators aren’t asked to become motivational speakers or adopt a new program. They gain language and reference points that already resonate with students.
The result isn’t louder classrooms, it’s calmer ones.
Not lower standards, but stronger buy-in.
More Than a Keynote: A TEAM UP Partnership
When schools bring in Jesse LeBeau, they don’t just get a speech. They get a TEAM UP experience designed to align students, educators, and families around the same message.
Every TEAM UP partnership can include:

TEAM UP: Building Student Ownership, Respect, and School Culture
TEAM UP is built around a simple truth:
Students don’t change because they’re told to – they change when they feel connected.
This keynote gives students and educators a shared language around belonging, identity, and responsibility – so no one feels like they’re doing school alone.
T — Together Beats Alone
Students perform better when they feel connected to something bigger than themselves.
E — Everyone Has a Role
Helping students see that they matter and that who they are affects the group.
A — Attitude Is Contagious
Showing how energy, effort, and mindset spread through a classroom or team.
M — Make It Safe to Be Real
Creating space where students don’t need to perform, posture, or pretend to belong.
U — You Decide Who You Become
Helping students separate mistakes from identity and choose growth over labels.
P — Practice Showing Up
Belonging isn’t a speech, it’s something students practice daily through choices.

Jesse’s Story

Jesse grew up on a small Alaskan island with no roads, no resources, and plenty of people telling him to be realistic.
What educators connect with isn’t where he ended up, it’s how students respond when they hear a story rooted in effort, accountability, and choice.
After thousands of school events, one truth stands out:
When students feel seen, they stop pushing back and teaching gets easier.
This story isn’t about basketball or entertainment. It’s about helping students understand how their decisions show up in real life and giving educators language they can reinforce every day.
