I have set up another user on Windows 10 within the settings menu and using netplwiz administrator, non Microsoft account user but I don’t get the option to login as the new user on startup. Pretty sure I’m doing the right things, I’ve done it my other PC and it works, just not on this one; both PC’s are using the same operating system and the new user shows up when I go back into netplwiz. I’ve deleted and redone a number of times to make sure I’m entering the right info.
