Thanks AZC I managed to get the files from Symantec support. Hopwever your link is correct, thanks. I have installed BE I upgraded to SP4 straight off, and it seems to be working well so far.
Backup to Disk speeds are not great though :. I did ask them whether this was supported when on the phone, and the lady said yes. She said this was fine??? I was expecting that it wouldn’t but was happy with her reply. Been doing some backup to disk jobs since installing, and have not been impressed with the speeds. You cannot use Server R2 as a media server for BE It may working fine but if in case you come across any issue symantec will not troubleshoot as WinR2 as a Meadi server is not compatible with BE Sorry for getting slightly off topic :.
